OK40: ARCHITECTURAL STUDY

OK40 is a prototype for a sustainable urban, mixed-use development, which is also a net-zero energy building. This prototype was presented as a prompt for a class project. For this project, I had to design my own apartment within OK40 that addressed my specific intentions for human habitation. I had to create this space to scale on a 3D modeling software as well as in 1/2" - 1'-0" scale in a model made of wood. I used Sketch Up and Rhino for the 3D rendering and laser cutting and 3D printing to make the smaller model.
